Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Forever 21 purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the ship date for most items in their original condition. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
